Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy provides an opportunity for you to receive relational support and experience personal growth during challenging times in your life. Mental Health Check-Up

We offer a yearly Mental Health Check-Up. This is an opportunity to discuss your personal mental health in a confidential setting. Based on a comprehensive evaluation on how you are thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating to others, you and your therapist can collaboratively set mental health goals for the next year.
